Today’s episode of Issada Cocktail Hour stars the POMEGRANATE FIG SMASH, featuring Issada ingredient, Mint!
You Will Need:
- 1 oz. boukha (Tunisian Fig Brandy, from most good liquor stores)
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄2 grenadine
- Ground cardamom, for garnish
- Mint sprig
- Pomegranate seeds
Combine boukha, lemon juice, and grenadine in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Sprinkle with cardamom; garnish with mint sprig and pomegranate seeds.
